Asian grocery stores and supermarkets stock ingredients, snacks and household goods that general American supermarkets often do not carry, organized by category rather than by country of origin in most stores. Produce and live or fresh seafood sections are usually at the back or side of the store, and weekend mornings bring the largest crowds and freshest restock. Many larger Asian supermarkets include a hot deli or food court counter selling prepared meals by the pound or as fixed plates, useful for a quick lunch while shopping. Labels are frequently bilingual or untranslated, so store staff can usually help locate a specific ingredient if you ask. Cash, cards and mobile pay are all commonly accepted at larger chains; smaller specialty shops may be cash-preferred.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 9 amβ8 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. BUFFET CLOSED NO BUFFET. The buffet shutdown, and it is now a grocery store, however, they have a hot bar with some absolutely delicious ready made food. Combo plate was 16 bucks for lo mein, and 2 sides, and let me tell you, they absolutely load that plate full! Some of the best Thai Curry I've had.

Go and visit this amazing local market. This is a hidden gem in the South Asheville area. Everyone knows of the amazing buffet, but this now renovated market has everything that you need to complete any type of meal. The store was phenomenally clean, all of the staff were friendly and supportive with answering any questions that I had. If you are a seasoned chef or a first timer to Asian cuisine cooking. This is the place you want to be. Thank you Mike and your team for a phenomenal experience. I will definitely be back with my family ππ½

Suffering from severe Japan withdrawals, we found this place. It is a fabulous oasis of all things asian food oriented. With a well stocked diverse selection of items you can't go wrong here. Even if you are only browsing you will not leave empty handed. It even has a small snack bar if you are a bit peckish. Impeccably clean and with an excellent, friendly and helpful staff, Asiana Market rates the highest recommendstion.

This is probably the biggest asian store in town. The ramen selection is ok though they dont carry a couple ones that I usually get, but it does have the largest selection of specialty veggies. It had a decent selection of some Indian ingredients, but I will likely continue to go to the Indian market near me as they woild obviously have more of a selection. I was impressed by their produce selection and seafood selection and loved how things were laid out and easy to find. The prices are reasonable and honestly they are the only one of the three asian markets I frequent that carries my Kings oolong tea. It is a bit pricey but considering the quality and quantity it is still reasonable for high quality oolong tea. It is a bit out of my way as I no longer work on that end of town but still worth the occasional trip out there for specific items that I might not find elsewhere. I have not had thr pleasure of trying their hot food stand in the front but it did look and smell delicious. A women standing next to me as I was looking told me the food there was delicious. I meant to go back and try it but haven't been able to time my visits to match when the stall is open.

This place operates much better than before when it was a restaurant buffet. I've been going here regularly for groceries and wide variety of asian products. The produce is very fresh and reliable. It's never crowded here and I've gone many different days of the week and various times. Parking lot is big and also never congested. I love the wide and clean aisles, employees are knowledgeable and eager to assist if I'm looking for something. I love getting their spring rolls, they're very good for the price and perfect mid-day snack or light lunch.
